• To display Subtotals, first sort the data by the field to compare.
      If nesessary, convert the table to a normal range,
      Then, select the data, click the Data tab on the Ribbon, click the Subtotal button to open the Subtotal dialog box.
      For "At each change in" specify the category column you sorted by.
      For "Use function" choose the function (Sum, Count, Average, etc.)
      For "Add subtotal to" specify the column with the values you want summarized with Sum, Count, Average, etc.
